What is YouthRaise?

YouthRaise is a fundraising site, similar to GoFundMe. It is designed specifically for school sports and club teams. They provide the most return on donations at 90%. YouthRaise works by providing individual links registered to a particular athlete. In which, donations made using that link will be associated directly with the athlete.

We ask our athletes to fundraise $100 twice throughout the fall and spring for a total of $200. This contribution goes towards paying our coaches and meet fees.

We strongly encourage our athletes to go above and beyond with fundraising as any additional donations above their requested $200 could be used to purchase their spirit pack or uniform.

This fundraiser is open twice a year at the start of the fall and spring semesters respectively.

Snack Shack

Our team hosts roughly 13 meets every track season. Snack Shack sales provide us additional revenue for maintaining and improving our program. A big contributing factor in being able to benefit from having a Snack Shack at our meets is the contribution from parents and athletes with supplies or their time.

We would like it if parents could make a financial donation by supplying our snack shack with snack items or by donating some of their time to help assist run the snack shack.

Some items we need for our snack shack include:

Cases of Soda (Coke, Sprite, or Diet)

Case of Gatorade (20oz)

Case of Water Bottles

Cup of Noodles (Chicken, Beef, Shrimp)

Box of Mixed Chips

Box of Spicy Chips

Currently, our snack shack is run by having some of our athletes assist us. This comes at the cost of them not being able to fully focus on their competition.

Worlds Finest Chocolates

Our World's Finest Chocolates fundraiser is a common fundraiser among school teams and clubs. Athletes are given a box of chocolates totaling 60 chocolates and are asked to sell them at $1 a chocolate. Once they sell the entire box, the athlete will then deposit the money to the ASB Bookkeeper window.

ALL athletes are asked to sell at least 2 box of chocolates. This money is used to purchase or replace equipment as needed. An athlete can opt out of selling chocolates by making a donation of $50 to the ASB Bookkeeper.

While each box nets $60, the team makes approximately $25 per box sold.

If athletes choose to sell additional chocolates, their contributions can go towards their spirit pack, uniform or additional gear. Note: for each additional box sold the athlete will be credited $25 to their account.

Checkout date is March 6th.

We are allowed to sell from March 10th through March 21st.

Money is due by March 26th.

NO athlete will be removed from the team for failure to complete the team donation.
